The oldest building in Tempe is Monte's LaCasa Vieja built in the City of Tempe back in 1880. Since then, Tempe has grown from Warner Ranch, Marlborough Park, Capistrano and Pecan Grove Estates to the Edgewater, Villagio at Tempe, Corona Del Sol Estates and Bridgeview.
